Terms of Service for Alpha Cop

Effective Date: February 19, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Alpha Cop mobile application ("App") operated by Alpha Cop LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

Alpha Cop is licensed, not sold, to you. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use on Apple-branded devices that you own or control.

2. Subscriptions

Certain features of the App require an active auto-renewable subscription.

Subscriptions:

• Are billed through your Apple ID account
• Automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Will be charged to your Apple ID account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• May be managed or canceled in your Apple ID account settings

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple at:

Alpha Cop LLC does not process payments or issue refunds directly.

4. Informational Use Only

The content within Alpha Cop is provided for informational and educational purposes only. The App does not provide legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpha Cop LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if misuse or violation of these Terms is detected.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
